For clubs
Run every team. Maybe even watch a game.
One organization can hold many teams and seasons. A standalone team is an organization of one.
Look closer
Each section is something already in SportsTabi, or it is marked when it is not.
An organization holds teams and seasons. Each team season has its own roster, schedule, and chat.
A standalone team is still an organization. The app does not assume every team belongs to a larger club.
There is no public form that creates a club. A new club is set up by the owner side of the product.
The roles are organization admin, coach, team manager, parent, player, billet host, and fan.
An organization admin covers the club. A coach and a team manager are assigned to teams. A fan sees the public-safe schedule, not the roster.
Organization admin is not granted by an invitation code.
Selected security events are written to a log. That log does not store an email, a phone, or a birthday column.
Staff import a calendar file or link for one team, review it, and publish. A later import updates that team.
Editing one game does not require a new import. Changes are kept, and families can be emailed.
Doing every team in the club in one action is not available.
Coming soon Scheduling for 30+ teams at once. Publishing schedules for 30+ teams in one step is not in the app. Each team imports its own calendar today.
Until that step is in the app, each team keeps its own import.
Few team apps build billeting in. A club assigns a host to a player. One active assignment links that host and that player.
While the assignment is active, the host can read that team's schedule, team chat, duties, announcements, and travel details. Family spending stays with the family.
Ending the assignment ends that access. The host is not given the family's private money.
An organization admin can record a level and dates for a parent linked to a child in that organization.
While the dates are current, contact, schedule, unlink, or suspend rules apply to that parent. The court paper is not stored.
Old rows with no level stay inactive. A level without dates does not count as in force.
A team announcement stays with that team. A club announcement can reach active members of the organization.
Audience is team or public. Fans see the public ones. The roster is not part of the public page.
An announcement can ask for a confirmation that people saw it.
Delete is revoked for organizations, teams, seasons, and team seasons in the app. An administrator cannot erase the club from the product screen.
Removing one of those rows is an owner operation outside the app. Staff cancel an event. Cancelling keeps responses and duties.
That is a guard against a mistaken delete. It is not a claim that data never leaves a backup process run by the host.
Cybersecurity provided by Cyber Eye Industries (CEI), a Virginia company providing cyber policy and security services. CEI is owned by SportsTabi's founder.
SportsTabi LLC (Virginia) operates the app. No government agency endorses SportsTabi.
Team tables use row-level security so one organization does not read another's team rows.
A picture of the idea
The names in the picture are made up. Nothing here is a real family.
Questions
Version 1 is built for USA Hockey teams. SportsTabi is not affiliated with or endorsed by USA Hockey.
Not yet. Each team imports its own calendar. Scheduling for 30+ teams at once is not in the app.
The team sees a first name and last initial on the roster. Birth dates stay with linked parents, the player's login, the team manager, and the organization admin. The public page leaves the roster off.
No. We designed direct messages to minors with SafeSport's athlete-protection rules in mind. Your club remains responsible. Team chat does not copy parents, so we do not claim team chat meets the handbook line about messages to more than one minor.
Yes. A linked parent can download a file. It is not emailed.
It is free to start, and club plans are coming. This site does not list a price.
When you are ready
Use a team invitation if you have one. A team that is not on SportsTabi yet can write to sales@sportstabi.com. Support is support@sportstabi.com.
Notes
- A standalone team is an organization of one.
- Court-order rows store a short case reference, a level, and dates. They do not store the order document.
- No government agency endorses SportsTabi.
- Club questions can go to sales@sportstabi.com. That address does not create a club by itself.
