Each section is something already in SportsTabi, or it is marked when it is not.
Put games and practices on the team schedule with a place and an arrival time. Families mark going, not going, or maybe.
A team can start attendance at going until someone changes it. You can turn that off and ask for a response instead.
When a game changes, the change is kept. Families can be emailed about that change. You can edit one game without redoing the season.
Staff open one team's import, use a calendar file or a calendar link, and review every row before anything is published.
A later import can update the games that came from that calendar. This is one team at a time.
Coming soon Scheduling for 30+ teams at once. Publishing schedules for 30+ teams in one step is not in the app. Each team imports its own calendar today.
The team has one chat for its members. Posting there does not copy parents onto the thread.
Announcements can ask people to confirm they saw the note. A club announcement can reach active members. Fans see an announcement only when its audience is public.
Teams can share links and contacts. A document entry is a link to a file kept somewhere else. SportsTabi does not store that file.
A direct message to a minor copies every linked parent. A minor is under 18, or has no birthday stored. If no parent is linked, that private thread does not start.
One parent can leave the copy. The last parent stays. This is the direct-message rule, not the team-chat rule.
The adult starts that thread. The player is on it, and so are the linked parents. A fan does not get that thread. The copy stays in the app. It is not an email.
Upload a GameSheet-style file, review the games, and publish the ones you tick. You can publish up to 50 games at once, and the publish is all or nothing.
A correction needs a reason. The previous publication stays visible while a draft is saved.

Assign a fee and see who still owes it, who reported a payment, and who the team has confirmed. Parents mark a payment. Staff confirm it separately.
SportsTabi does not take a card and does not take a cut. Families pay outside the app.
Each currency on family spending is totaled on its own.
Build the shared trip once: the rink, the schedule, and the team hotel. Families add their own reservation in private.
Confirmation numbers on the shared block are the team's. A family's own confirmation does not belong there.
Adults can log trip costs. Other people on the trip do not see that personal spending.
On an event, staff can add a duty, name who has it, or leave it open. The label is free text, so a team is not locked to one list.
Families see the assignment on the event. Removing a duty asks you to confirm.
A parent can claim an open duty on the event. Staff can still assign one.
Staff can save a watch link on a game or on a venue. Members who already see that event's details can open it when the game is not cancelled or postponed.
SportsTabi does not play the video and does not host the stream. The link goes to the other site.
Fans and the public team page do not receive that link.

The names in the picture are made up. Nothing here is a real family.
Questions
Staff send an email invitation. The family creates an account from that link and confirms the email. There is no public form that creates a club.
Yes. Coach and team manager are separate roles. A team manager can run invitations for that team. An organization admin is appointed, not granted by an invitation code.
Yes. Team chat is the team's thread. It does not copy parents. A direct message to one minor does copy every linked parent.
No. SportsTabi tracks who owes a fee. It never takes a card.
Yes. Staff review the file and can publish up to 50 games at once. The publish is all or nothing. A photo scan is not available.
No. Staff can save a watch link. The video stays on that other site.
