Finally, an app built the right way.

You stay on your own account. When more than one of your players is on a team, you pick which player you are viewing. That pick does not hand your password to anyone else.

A player can also have a separate login. Staff connect that login. The parent view and the player login are two accounts, not one shared password.

The roster the rest of the team sees uses a first name and a last initial. Your child's full details are not a public page.

When a coach or another team adult sends your child a direct message, every linked parent is copied onto that thread. A minor is a player under 18. A missing birthday is treated the same way.

If no parent is linked, that private thread does not start. One copied parent can leave. The last parent stays.

Team chat is different. It is the whole team's thread, and SportsTabi does not add parents to it. A group thread does not add parents either. Copied parents are not emailed or pushed about that copy.

A minor has no public profile. The public club page can show team names and a public schedule. It does not show the roster, emails, phones, birth dates, or street addresses.

A birth date stays with linked parents, the player's own login, the team manager, and the organization admin. A coach can fill in a missing date and still cannot read it afterward.

Staff and other families do not get a public player site to browse.

A social handle can be stored for a player whose birthday says they are 13 through 17. A linked parent has to allow it. Staff do not have a way around that.

Players under 13, players 18 or older, and players with no birthday cannot have that handle stored.

Another family does not get a policy that lets them set it.

The team can share a rink, a schedule, and a team hotel block. Your own reservation and confirmation number stay on your family's trip.

Trip costs you log are visible to you. Other people on the shared trip do not see that spending. Sharing a child does not share money.

A shared spending space opens only after another adult accepts an invite. SportsTabi does not book the hotel and does not take a card.

A linked parent can download that child's information from the player page. The file is the download itself.

SportsTabi does not email that file to you. If the download is refused, the page says it is not available.

A court-order level that is in force can block that download for the named parent.

An organization admin can record a court-order level and the dates it covers for a parent linked to that child. While those dates are current, SportsTabi applies the level.

Levels can limit contact, hide the schedule, unlink, or suspend. The court paper is not stored, and neither is an incident story.

Recording a restriction is limited to an organization admin.

Players under 18 get saved answers only. Ask Tabi does not open a model chat for them. A missing birthday is treated as under 18.

Saved answers point at the schedule, messages, and the team. They are written in the product. They are not an open conversation with a model.

This is not a claim that a model is available for adults on every day. If the model is off, adults get a short saved reply too.

Coming soon Parent-created accounts for kids under 13. A parent-created account for a player under 13, with that parent's permission recorded first, is not in the app yet.

Staff still add the player record the team uses today. A parent-created account for a player under 13 is a later step.

A missing birthday is treated as a minor for messages and for Ask Tabi. That is separate from a parent-created account.

SportsTabi does not ship an ad package or an analytics package. We don't sell your family's information.

Fee tracking records what the team says is owed. It never takes your card, and it does not take a cut of the fee.

The public pages do not embed outside fonts, outside videos, or a tracker.
